In the first instance we offer a complimentary 30-minute call, which can be arranged via telephone or Zoom at your convenience. During this call, we can discuss the specifics of your project and provide an indication of our fees.  

 

Should you decide to proceed after our initial call, we can arrange a visit to your home for an in-depth consultation. Following this visit, we will provide you with a comprehensive written quote. We charge £100 for a face to face consultation at your home/site (site visits of more than 30 minutes drive may incur additional expense). The initial consultation fee is reimbursed to you should you decide to proceed with appointing us.
