Planning approval for bungalow extension, Gatehouse of Fleet

Following on from our blog post of the 29th of November, we were delighted to receive planning permission today for this large kitchen and dining extension in Gatehouse of Fleet. Well done to Dumfries and Galloway Council for turning this around in less than 6 weeks over the Christmas break!

Sun room extension, Angus

We reached practical completion this week on the 'wee sunroom' extension in Wellbank near Broughty Ferry.


Below you can see the original 3D sketch design we produced at the planning stage (back in September 2019) compared with the final result in 2022! We are delighted with how this has turned out, and shows just how accurate our 3D modelling really is! For this project we provided a full architectural service all the way through to completion on site. The main advantage of this type of service is that by visiting site often we can ensure that the detailed drawings are followed and the final result is a high quality finish, both inside and out.

House extension, Gatehouse of Fleet

Planning application submitted today for a simple dual pitched single storey extension onto an existing 1980's bungalow in Gatehouse of Fleet. Where connections between old and new are required, we work with the existing openings to reduce steelwork. The existing plan is reorganised to create an enlarged hall, storage, new WC and utility. The roof of the new extension is extruded to create a more recognisable entrance on approach and a sheltered canopy.
